Bio Log Peptide Journal is a personal tracking app for organizing peptide profiles, manually entered vial details, dose logs, vial inventory, reminders, labs, side effects, photos, and notes.

Bio Log is for personal tracking, organization, and education only. It does not prescribe, diagnose, recommend dose changes, suggest peptides, provide sourcing information, or replace clinician guidance.
Common Help
- Use Peptides to add or edit manually entered vial, schedule, source, lot, and inventory details.
- Use Log to record a dose with time, site, syringe, lot, side effects, and notes.
- Use Profile to export data, change reminder privacy, and manage settings.
- Use your App Store account settings to manage or cancel Bio Log AI Monthly subscriptions.
Privacy
Journal records are stored locally on device. Optional Assistant requests are only sent after in-app permission and may include submitted text plus relevant journal summaries sent to the Bio Log backend and OpenAI.
